Right of return

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must send the completed form to request the return of the purchased goods, if the requirements required by law are met.

Key details on how to complete the form are as follows:

1.  Purchased products: Complete with the list of products for which you are exercising your right of withdrawal.

2.  Date of order: Indicate the date on which the order was placed.

3.  Date of receipt of the product: Enter the date on which the product was received.

4.  Consumer name: Enter your own or the names of consumers involved in the purchase.

5.  Consumer’s address: Provide the home address of the consumer requesting withdrawal.

6.  Signature: The form must be signed by the consumer exercising the right of withdrawal.

Once completed, the form must be sent to the email address: carbonworlditalia@gmail.com. In addition, the product must be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal declaration.

Remember that the product must be returned packed and intact, with all its accessories and without damage by the consumer.
